- To generate and show AI readings based on the information you submit
- To prefill forms for members and send daily readings when you opt in
- To keep the service secure, prevent misuse, and understand overall usage so we can improve it
Storage and sharing
- Guests can use the available public features without saving form details to a profile
- Member data is kept only as needed for the account, form prefilling, and services you choose to use
- Reading requests may be processed by an AI provider. We also use service providers for accounts, storage, and email delivery
- We do not sell your personal data

- Daily reading email is optional and can be disabled from any email or your Account page
- You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account and personal data at info@mongkol.io
Please avoid sensitive data
- Do not enter ID numbers, passwords, account details, or detailed health information
- Readings are belief-based interpretations for entertainment. Please use your judgment
